Hi everyone,
I hope you are all keeping well and that you are staying safe. I feel terrible that I cannot be with you today and that we cannot be together. Over the last three days we have built a really good relationship. Each and every one of you are fantastic learners and individuals. Make sure you give yourself a big pat on the back as you deserve it.
Thank you for allowing me to be your teacher and I cannot wait to support you from home and again in the classroom when I return.
Please use the learning I have uploaded in a way which best fits for you. I hope you find it fun and interesting.
In the pack you will find;
- some reading on BUGCLUB,
- write a review of your favourite book,
- maths: playing a game called dicey addition,
- map reading and drawing skills. We have started our journey on learning about maps and map reading. I would like children to have a go at making a map of a room in your house. Use the PowerPoint to help you,
- snakes and ladders, there is no better game to play than snakes and ladders. You will need a dice, some counters and a bit of luck to succeed. Practice counting as you play up and down the board (there are two to choose from).
Make sure you take care and stay safe.
Missing you all lots,
Mr Whitty
