The Disgusting Sandwich
Year 3 have been looking at the book The Disgusting Sandwich by Gareth Edwards and Hannah Shaw as part of their writing journey. To explore how sandwiches can be 'edible', and not disgusting, the children made their own and then had a picnic.
Lucas Jet Circus
The school had an amazing visit from Lucas and Jonny who performed a live show for the school. Year 3 took part in a circus workshop where they learned to use diablos, to balance feathers, juggle, spin plates and use flower sticks.
Young Spirit of Adventure
In April year 3 had the opportunity to take part in a team building and adventure challenge run by the Spirit of Adventure team. The class learned how to manage their communication skills, to solve physical and mental tasks and learn patience!
