During the past few literacy lessons, we have been learning about an invention called The Bully Proof Vest. Today, children who had learned about different parts of the invention were put into groups and had to use their combined knowledge of the invention to pitch it to four relentless dragons. They certainly asked some tough questions.
As children prepared and then presented their sales pitch, we all learned a lot about working as a team wherein each member brings something unique to the table. Every group did their best to successfully sell the invention to the four dragons.
In the process, we learned a lot about ourselves and others; experienced some incredibly clever presentations; and had a laugh in the process!
