We started our process of reflecting on our year together today and realised we had done so much!
The children were able to remember things I’d forgotten and we shared some lovely memories.
The list of learning events and experiences that the the children came up with was huge.

We read Winnie The Pooh, We went Bird Spotting at Decoy, We made viking shields, We played Splatt!, We built Rome in a Day, We joined the Lucas Jet circus, We did R-Time, We did gardening and grew our own food, We had a sports day, We made Roman Bread, We made mosaics, We went on trips to the church, We went in the space dome, we made Roman Characters, We built castles, We made Roman lamps, we played recorders in front of assembly, We had a school fete, We did face plants, We made moon rovers and planet explorers, We were rocket scientists, We wrote Mr Men stories, We started Monster Phonics, We were Guru’s of the Moment, We learned about amazing Human Beings like Tank Man, Maya Angelou, Jesus, Martin Luther King, Lucy Austaleopithicus, Marcus Aurelius, Nina Simone, Nick Cave, Neil Armstrong and Terry Pratchett and We gave out trophies!
