Hello all.

I hope you are all well and happy. It’s Wednesday, so send in those wonderful words you have found this week.

Just to remind everyone, Bug Club are going to be updating their website on 16th May so you will have to type your username and password again. If you click the show me button, it will remind you of your details so you can make a note of them before this happens, but if anyone has any problems, just let me know and we will get them sorted.

For those of you who are accessing this website regularly and using it to inform your daily activities, today can be about planning a meal that would give you everything you need, a bit of protein, carbohydrate, vitamins and minerals, fat and fibre. There is a planning sheet here if you want to use it. Planning a balanced meal

If you want to give yourself a bit of a challenge, how would you make a balanced meal without using any meat? If you want to be a proper master chef, you could think about the flavours in your meal.

Tomorrow, if you want, you could actually try to prepare your meal for your family, but you will need the adults to help you as this might mean you need to use sharp things or hot things.

The maths focus this week is telling the time. Have a look at Monday’s post for the details. The working wall that reminds you what you can do is here.

For anyone who has got this skill mastered, can you work out what time these clocks are telling. They are back to front and upside down.

Tomorrow is a Stay and Play day and I will give you a few simple ideas for games you can play that don’t need boards or batteries!

Take care, stay safe and do what you need to do to keep yourselves happy.

All the best

Mr F.
