Good Morning .. I think I should call you Active Hunters instead of active learner after seeing the photos you sent me yesterday…. YOU REALLY took on the challenge of hunting for frozen toys .. I LOVED the CONCENTRATION and DETERMINATION in your faces. You are all just BRILLIANT .

Others are still hunting for snails and finding LOADS in old pots. As the rain comes we should all find more snails .. I wonder how many you can find ?

Look at these FANTASTIC learning pictures.. The determination is fabulous … But I think we would all have that feeling if our items were placed in ice !!!

  AT LAST!!!… GREAT ACHIEVEMENT FEELING!

LOVING THE PEPPA PIG and hand Prints

Your wonderful salt dough items could be left plain or if you wish could be painted with poster paint or acrylic (if you have any!) and secured with PVA glue when the paint is dry.

Physical  Learning also continued :… Jumping and riding …..TWO Great Photos of your fun as a family

I thought very hard today to find a challenge which would include your brothers and sisters and challenge your thinking and theirs so you can ALL explore a challenge together…  I used to complete this activity as a team challenge in previous schools, see what you think. It might take a while for you to collect all of the ingredients. The ice required can be ice cubes from your ice cube containers. We always wrapped the final bag in a tea towel as it was cold to touch.

I wonder have you all ever made ice cream in a bag?

While you are collect these ingredients I’ve added a different  Hunting Challenge .

I wonder if you can find a rainbow of things outside in the rain!! or sun depending on the weather over the next few days. There are so many more colour outside at the moment. How many different colours can you find?

A story for you I hope it makes you ALL Smile.… Enjoy and see which bits make you all smile and laugh…..

Have a wonderful day and I will be phoning more families today and tomorrow.  I look forward to  having the opportunity to say hello to some and sing Happy Birthday to others who will be 4 yrs old very soon!!
