On Wednesday 29th September, Year 2 were given a writing activity but the WALT was all about working in a team.
The activity was presented within an AHB context and focused on Lucy Austaliopithicus, the first known hominid.
This single activity drew on multiple areas of the curriculum; History, Geography, Maths, PSHE, Phonics, spelling and writing all in one activity.
It was great to see how well children were able to talk, listen and work together to support each other in being successful.
