We appreciate that sometimes your plans can change, which means you need to make changes in the collection arrangements for your child. On such occasions, we would wish to have as much notice as possible of changes, in order that we can update the daily class log sheet in the office. If you are able to inform the office of any changes in the morning, it will best enable us to effectively support the end of day handover for your child.
There is a 2.30pm deadline for contacting the office of any changes to collection arrangements, in order that we can put our internal processes in place and guarantee that your child receives the message. We are not able to action any changes after 2.30pm, other than in the case of an actual EMERGENCY. We expect these changes to be rare, where we are concerned as to ongoing changes of arrangements, Miss Liley or Mr Hampton will pick these conversations up direct with parents.
