Year 3 took part in Daisi art workshop led by local artist, Monica. The children explored their emotions through art, created charcoal pictures, had conversations through art in pairs , listened to different sounds, made marks to express their understanding and learned many different art techniques. In the afternoon they looked at different styles of abstract art by various artists and then chose emotions in their groups to paint in the style of abstract art. The results were fantastic.
