Hello all!
It was a great first day back. It was not the same without seeing all of you, but the phone chats I’ve had have put a real smile on my face! I’m trying to get around everyone in these first few days and look forward to hearing from you. Hearing about all of the great experiences you are having together as families is wonderful and shows a real positive side to this whole sorry business.
Keep doing these, these are what is important. Look after each other and have patience when it gets tricky. The time you are spending with each other is a real gift and we only want you using it to share experiences that build your understanding and relationships with each other, keeping each other safe and happy in difficult times. The ideas we are putting on these pages are not orders or instructions, just suggestions if you are looking for things to do.
We will be sharing a longer term plan for ideas for home learning very shortly and will then provide daily inputs for those who really value that kind of structure, but until then, keep sending the photos of the wonderful things you are doing together.
This will not last for ever and I cannot wait until we are able to all be back together again.
