On Wednesday, Year 3 took part in a Martial Arts taster session.  Children’s lessons at HKB Martial Arts emphasised on learning how to focus and concentrate, which are two major skills needed to succeed in everything that children do. They use fun and easy to learn  exercises and techniques that help children remain focused on the task at hand, the children learnt how to concentrate and excel in the classroom.
