Our Decoy water colour landscape pictures are all ready and hanging in our gallery!
We took our inspiration from J.W. Turner who painted a picture of Ivybridge in the autumn so we went to Decoy Park to paint the Autumn trees around the lake.
It was really hard to paint just what we saw and not to paint what we knew was there. All of the pictures are brilliant, but Riley’s has stood out as he spent ages mixing the colours to exactly match the water and all of the leaf colours he could see. Riley even put the tree’s reflections in the lake.
