The whole school had a Yoga taster session today and everyone really enjoyed it.
The year 1s and Year 2s were able to show off the skills they have been developing in their weekly yoga classes with Miss Cameron and the instructor we had this afternoon was pleasantly surprised at how well the children focused on the activities, particularly those involving relaxation and breathing.
Ask the children to share some of the activities they have been practicing if you would like to try it at home together!
