Last Wednesday, the children took part in their annual sports day. Despite the Great British weather, it did not dampen their spirits! The children had a great time taking part in traditional sports day activities such as the javelin, relay races and standing long jump. They then participated in the more non-traditional events such as the egg and spoon race, skipping and the obstacle course. Last but by no means least, parents/carers and children had fun in the egg and spoon race. All teams showed great sportsmanship, determination and perseverance with the Green Team winning the cup!
