Following Government Guidance you will be aware that face coverings are no longer mandatory. However, people are still advised to wear face coverings in enclosed or crowded spaces, or when meeting strangers.

As mentioned above, this locality has seen an increase in COVID cases in recent weeks, with children and adults in school being effected.

We would ask that for the current period, in order to reduce the risk of transmission of COVID in school, all parents/carers and visitors entering the school building wear a face covering, this includes:

  • When attending Time to Think;
  • When attending meetings in school;
  • When accessing the School Office / Reception.

If you do not have a face covering, you will be asked to put one on – the office has a supply of disposable face coverings.

If you are exempt from wearing a face covering:

  • Alternative arrangements will be made for you to attend meetings in order to provide a safe space;
  • If accessing the school office you will need to wait just inside the Hub door on the purple spot on the floor, in order that admin staff can deal with your query safely;
  • You will not be able to attend Time to Think, at this time

Please speak with a member of school staff if you have any questions regarding these measures. As with all our COVID Risk Assessment measures, we will continue to keep them under review and update you of any changes. We would hope that we can move on from this restriction very soon – thanks for working with us in the meantime.
