REMEMBRANCE WEEK

Throughout this week poppies have been on sale in school as part of the Royal British

Legion’s annual Poppy Appeal. With national commemorations taking part over the

weekend of 11th and 12th November, children in school will be engaging in their own

age-appropriate experiences relating to this national event on Friday 10th November.

Assemblies for children in Key Stage 2 this week will also focus upon remembering all those

affected by conflict throughout the world. Should you have any questions about how this
