Flu Vaccinations – BOOTS THE CHEMIST & Haytor View working together This year, children in Reception, Year 1, 2, 3 and 4 are being offered flu vaccinations, therefore we have been working together with Boots to enable them to manage this in a straightforward way (the vaccination being provided is a nasal spray). Plans are in place to provide the opportunity for children to receive the vaccinations on the school site during school hours, on Wednesday 8th November.
An information pack will be sent home to those children in Reception, Years 1, 2, 3 and 4 this week, please can these be returned to the school by Wednesday 11th October, – your urgent action is requested with this.
Unfortunately, if your form is not returned by this date, your child will not be able to have the vaccination. We look forward to supporting Boots help you to keep your children fit and healthy over the winter months.
